Mission Statement

At Pillar fitness and wellbeing, I am here to help you develop and achieve your fitness goals. From brides getting fit for your weddings to male office workers looking at improving your physical health. I support everyone no matter what your circumstances in achieving your goals in a friendly and hardworking environment. I use a sports-based strategy where the client is at the centre, taking into consideration barriers including time constraints and dislikes in the gym. You will be supported by an empathetic trainer, who understands that life can sometimes get in the way of taking care of yourself. I will enhance your well-being both physically and mentally, by utilising my background in Psychology.
